Ethical Governance
KNFM puts ethical values first in all corporate activities, builds trust with various stakeholders, and voluntarily strives to create a corporate culture consistent with ethics for its sustainable management.
All executives and employees within the company use this Code of Ethics as a standard for ethical behavior and value judgements, understand it, actively comply with it, and do their best in their respective roles.
Chapter 1.
Ethics toward customers.
1) Customers are considered top priority in all internal actions and value judgements.
2) We always do our best to earn trust from customers by providing the best products and services.
3) We communicate with customers based on sincerity and expertise, and do not engage in unfair sales activities and exaggerated advertising.
Chapter 2.
Ethics of executives and employees
1) KNFM’s executives and employees act with an attitude of mutual respect and consideration.
- We do not discriminate for any reasons such as origin or gender, and create an inclusive culture that respects diversity.
- Workplace harassment that cause physical or mental pain by using superiority in status is prohibited.
- We understand that we are all responsible for any possible cases of violating the Code of Ethics.
2) KNFM’s executives and employees perform their work in an honest and transparent manner.
- We perform our work by clearly distinguishing between public and private matters, and do not receive or request tangible and intangible benefits such as monetary goods and gifts from all stakeholders of the company.
- All internal information about customers, company, employees is not used for personal use or provided to third parties.
3) KNFM’s executives and employees always strive to establish the healthy corporate culture.
- We share the company's management philosophy and carry out responsibilities by empathizing with the goals and values pursued by the company.
- We comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the company and have high ethical values to maintain dignity and honor as a member of the company.

1) Korea Nonferrous Metals respects the personality of its executives and employees and treats them fairly.
2) Fairly evaluate and fairly compensate executives and employees for their abilities and performance.
3) We strive to maintain the health of our executives and employees and create a safe work environment.
4) We provide diverse and equal opportunities according to the abilities of executives and employees, and operate appropriate self-development courses to increase professionalism and work ability.

1) Korea Nonferrous Metals fulfills its social responsibilities and creates social value through corporate activities.
2) We faithfully perform the roles and duties required of us as members of the country and society, such as creating jobs and paying taxes.
3) We engage in management activities with the attitude of doing our best to preserve the environment.
